Hanson Bay Koala Walk, Flinders Chase Visitor Centre, Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch
Koala at The Koala Walk
Fur seals at Admiral's Arch
Pelicans and seagulls
Today we drove to the Koala Walk. I spotted two koalas, one was eating and the other was just awake. Altogether we saw about 16 and all of them were asleep. Then we went to the visitor centre and I bought an echidna puppet, I named it Ernie. We drove to Admirals Arch and there was a big walkway and we saw lots of seals. Nearby we went to the Remarkable Rocks and climbed them. One of them was shaped like a bird. From there we went to Kingscote and went to the Island beehive place. It was a big shop and there was bee pencils, bee sharpeners, honey tasting, a beehive and lots lots more. In the beehive I spotted the Queen bee and lots of worker bees. In the afternoon we went to the pelican place and saw about forty-six pelicans, but of course, some kept flying in. The man feed them and the seagulls flew on top of his hat. At night we went to a penguin place and saw heaps of little fairy penguins. We had to go at night because they only come out when it is dark.
